Unnao District Court Class & Sweeper Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 8 Posts

The District Court (Janpad Nyayalaya) Unnao is filling 8 vacant posts – 7 Class IV (Chaturth Shreni) and 1 Sweeper – through re-employment of Class IV and Sweeper employees who have retired from the District Court. Applications in the prescribed format must be submitted at the Administrative Office by 5:00 PM on 17 November 2026; applications received after this time will not be considered.

The form ends with an undertaking that the applicant is physically fit and able to work on the post in District Court, Unnao; that, to the applicant's knowledge, no penalty or entry hindering re-employment was given during service; that no criminal proceedings are pending against the applicant; and that no criminal or civil case against or related to the applicant is pending in District Court, Unnao. The applicant also certifies that all information is true, accepts responsibility and action if it is found false, and accepts all rules and conditions of the application. The form is signed with the date and place (Unnao).

Posts, Eligibility and Pay

The same conditions apply to both posts:

• Who can apply: Class IV / Sweeper employees retired from the District Court.
• Fitness: The applicant must be physically and mentally fit.
• Service record: The applicant's character roll of the previous 5 years should be correct.
• No pending case: No criminal or civil case should be pending and registered against the applicant.
• Educational qualification: The official notification does not specify the minimum educational qualification; the form only asks applicants to state their educational qualification.
• Pay: The pay of the post will be the last drawn pay of the applicant on the concerned post, payable as honorarium after deducting the pension amount.

Tenure and Nature of Appointment

• The tenure of the selected employee will be 1 year from the date of joining, or until the post is filled by direct recruitment or promotion, or until the employee completes 65 years of age – whichever is earlier.
• The appointment will be purely temporary and can be terminated without any prior notice if service is not found satisfactory.
