THDC India Limited (a Schedule "A" Mini Ratna Government PSU) is engaging 01 Associate (Retired Executive) for VPHEP, Pipalkoti, from PSUs/Govt. organization retirees. Applications in the prescribed format must be mailed to [email protected] on or before 21 November 2026. The consolidated compensation is Rs. 105,000 per month.

Where and How to Send

Send the application form in the prescribed format enclosed with the notice by email to [email protected] on or before 21.11.2026. The notice states that no application will be entertained after the last day. The notice does not give an email subject line or a postal address.

• The application format is headed "THDC India Limited – Application Format" and is to be filled in block letters with a blue ball point pen only.
• A recent passport size colour photograph is to be affixed on the form.
• The form asks for personal details, correspondence and permanent address, academic performance starting from Matriculation/Higher Secondary, category and PwBD details, religion, marital status, experience, disciplinary proceedings, languages known, and a declaration and undertaking with date, place, signature and name.
• The undertaking states that the applicant has gone through the advertisement on the THDC website and the General Conditions, and fulfils all the conditions.

Posts, Eligibility and Pay

• Essential qualification: AMIE or Full-Time/Part-Time B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institution approved by AICTE.
• Experience: the applicant should have retired from E-8 level or above (IDA Pay Scale 1,20,000 – 3% – 2,80.000/- as printed).
• Experience: minimum 15 years of experience in Civil work related to the construction of Hydro Power Projects in CPSU/State PSUs.
• Age limit: not more than 64 years as on 06.11.2026.
• Compensation: consolidated monthly compensation/honorarium of Rs. 105,000/- per month.
• Other benefits, namely Conveyance, Mobile charges reimbursement, HRA, Leaves etc., shall be as per the THDCIL Associate Scheme.
• Term: THDCIL is looking to engage Associates for a period of one year, which can be extended up to 2 years on mutual consent.

• Experience Certificate of the present and all organizations, clearly mentioning the period of service, designation, department and functional area.
• Conversion certificate of Grade/CGPA/OGPA to percentage of marks from the University/Institute (if applicable).
• Valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter Card etc.).
• Caste / category certificate SC/ST/PwBDs or latest OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate from the Competent Authority in the prescribed Government of India format (format enclosed).
