Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Retired Judicial Officer below the age of 62 years, preferably retired recently; Has worked as a District Judge; No adverse reporting during service tenure; No disciplinary or criminal proceeding pending at the time of application; Sound health
• Experience: Has worked as a District Judge

Who Cannot Apply for RERA Bihar Recruitment 2026

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Pay Minus Pension: last pay drawn reckoned for pay fixation and the entire pension deducted from the pay so fixed.

• Engagement up to the date the selected candidate attains 65 years of age or until further orders, whichever is earlier
