IIML Research Associate and Senior Research Associate Eligibility 2026

Mandatory Qualifications

• A completed Ph.D. with specialization in operations & supply chain management, industrial management, industrial engineering or related domains with quantitative rigor, demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise.
• An excellent academic record with First division in PG from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode.
• At least one research paper published in ABDC A / ABS 3 / Clarivate Q1 and above listings in a peer-reviewed international journal, reflecting the ability to conduct independent research, apply appropriate methodologies and contribute to scholarly knowledge.

Mandatory Experience

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• PG preferably in M.Tech. / MBA, and B.Tech. at UG level.
• Demonstrated research experience in publishing high-quality research papers in reputed journals.
• Command over Python, including experience in analytics, simulation, optimization, statistical modeling, data analysis and reproducible research workflows.
• Prior experience of working in research or consultancy projects.

Job Role

The selected candidate will assist Prof. Yash Daultani in research-related activities. These include data analysis, literature review, empirical work, preparation of research output and any other academic work assigned.
