Posts and Eligibility

What Happens on the Day

The shortlisting of candidates for the panel is based on scrutiny of documents of age, qualification, experience and so on, as found eligible as per the prescribed criteria, and on the subsequent interaction/interview of the candidate with the department. The notice also states that the selection may include a personal interview/skill test, or a written test, depending on the position. Finally selected candidates are considered by the department for deployment on a purely contractual/outsourced basis for a fixed period, or till expiry of contract, or till regular incumbents join the posts.

The decision of the interview panel/committee is final and binding. Mere appearance in the walk-in interview does not guarantee selection.

Terms of Engagement

• The engagement is purely on a contractual/temporary basis for a fixed period. It gives no claim to regular appointment in the organisation.
• Selected candidates will be engaged under a specific project/scheme as per departmental requirements. Statutory compliances apply as per the laws of the land.
• The place of deployment will be anywhere in Delhi/NCR. Candidates may work in shift(s)/rotational basis as per departmental requirement. ICSIL pays no extra conveyance.
• Fifteen (15) days salary is deducted from the selected candidate as security, in two parts: 50% in the first month and 50% in the second month.
• The security is refunded with savings bank interest as applicable, after a No Dues certificate is received from the client department and the contractual liabilities with ICSIL are completed as per the appointment letter.

Important Instructions

• Make the OTR fee payment one day before the walk-in interview. Otherwise ICSIL will not be responsible for late receipt/update of the OTR fee.
• The details in the application form must be the same as in the Class 10th Certificate, PAN Card and Aadhar Card.
• No TA/DA is provided to candidates for appearing for the interaction/documents verification.
• ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates.
• Canvassing in any form disqualifies the candidate. This includes seeking recommendations or lobbying through intermediaries. It may also affect eligibility for future opportunities with the organisation.
• Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Fake or misleading documents or information make the candidature liable to be rejected.
• ICSIL may accept or reject applications without assigning any reason, and may withdraw the advertisement at any time without notice.
