Age Limit
Research Officer: 18-45 years
Lab Technician: 18-35 years
Field Worker: 18-35 years
Research Officer (BMGF/02)
Essential: MBBS/BDS/MPH with 02 years of research experience/Experience in working in Pediatrics Department or Child Health.
Desirable: At least one publication.
Lab Technician (BMGF/06)
Essential (either one):
B.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Science with at least 01 year of work in a diagnostic/research laboratory, OR
12th with a diploma in medical laboratory Technology and at least 03 years of work in a diagnostic/research laboratory.
Desirable: Certificate in computer application, for example PGDCA/DCA.
Field Worker (BMGF/07)
Essential: 10+2/equivalent from a recognized board and 3 years of experience working in a diagnostic laboratory.
Desirable: DMLT/DALT with one year of experience working in a diagnostic laboratory.

Selection Process
A selection committee will check the applications.
Candidates will be selected through an interview. A written test will also be held if there are more than 50 eligible candidates for a post.
Selection is based purely on merit.
The list of eligible candidates will be put up on the AIIMS Raipur website, along with the date, time and venue of the interview or written test. Candidates will not be contacted separately.
The list of selected candidates will appear on the website, and the people chosen will be told by email.
Interview Details
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Service Conditions
The job is for a fixed 6 months. Depending on the candidate's performance, it can be extended by up to 2.5 more years.
You will not be on the AIIMS, Raipur payroll. The job ends automatically when the project is completed.
Neither AIIMS, Raipur nor the principal investigators have any obligation to give permanent employment, and candidates cannot claim a permanent job on the basis of this one.
You will be asked which posting centre you prefer, and your choice will be considered. However, the Principal Investigator alone decides the final posting.
Transfers to other units depend on what the project needs, not on what the candidate prefers.

Yes. You need 12th plus a diploma in medical laboratory Technology and at least 03 years of work in a diagnostic/research laboratory. A B.Sc. holder needs only 01 year of such work.
