Age Relaxation
For a post reserved for OBC, ILBS only considers candidates with an OBC certificate issued by the GNCT of Delhi. Only people with at least 40% of the relevant disability get the PWD reservation benefit.

Selection Process
- The Screening Committee checks all applications against the Recruitment Rules for the post.
- Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview.
ILBS may limit the number of candidates called for interview. It can do this by looking for qualifications and experience above the advertised minimum and for other academic achievements. It may reject any application without giving a reason. It will not answer questions about how interviews are run or why a candidate was not called. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
Service Conditions
- Each appointment is on a contract basis for one year.
- Either side can end the contract with at least three months' notice in writing, or with salary in place of the notice period.
- The joining date and other conditions follow the Institute's HR policy.
- Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/New Delhi only.
