According to the notice, Tribhuvan Sahkari University was established through an Act of Parliament in 2025 as an Institution of National Importance. It is dedicated to technical education, management education, training, research and capacity building in the cooperative sector. The notice is signed by the Registrar, TSU, Anand.

Who Can Apply

The post is a contractual engagement. Candidates must be citizens of India. Eligibility regarding qualifications and experience is determined as of the closing date for online applications.

Experience and professional competence

• Essential: minimum 10 years of experience in General Administration Department of a Central Govt./State Government/Autonomous/PSU organizations.
• Essential: thorough knowledge of the Central Universities Act, Statutes, Ordinances, UGC Regulations, Government of India rules and CCS Rules.
• Essential: excellent administrative, organisational, drafting and communication skills.
• Essential: working knowledge of computers and relevant software, and proficiency in MS Office, e-Office systems and digital document management.
• Desirable: handling statutory compliance matters, including processing Right to Information (RTI) Act cases and drafting replies to RTI queries.
• Preference will be given to retired Sr. Officer/Officer (GAD) (equivalent or higher-level posts) of Central Govt./State Govt./Autonomous/PSU/Statutory Bodies with the above essential experience and professional competence.

Age limit

The age limit is 45 to 63 years of age. The notice does not print an age relaxation or a date for counting age.

Pay and Tenure

The consolidated pay is Rs.88,000/- per month (all inclusive). The tenure is 11 months and may be extended based on satisfactory performance and institutional requirements. The employment type is contractual. Engagement is subject to producing a medical fitness certificate issued by a designated Medical Board.

Documents named in the notice:

• Original certificates for educational qualifications, experience, category and age proof, to be produced at document verification/interview.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the employer, for applicants currently serving in Government, Autonomous Bodies or PSUs, to be produced at document verification.

Selection and Interview

Shortlisting may involve a screening test, followed by a physical interview. Fulfilling the minimum qualifications and experience does not vest any right in a candidate to be shortlisted, and the University's decision to call candidates for interview is final. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview. Dates and venue of the test or interview are not specified in the notice.
