• Experience in mobility, taxi, ride-hailing, logistics or transportation platforms will be an added advantage.

L1 Engineer – Driver App

• Key skills: strong SQL/database querying skills; understanding of mobile applications and REST APIs; experience with Postman/API testing tools; knowledge of JSON, HTTP methods and API status codes; ability to analyse application/server logs; familiarity with Jira, Git and application monitoring tools; strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, logistics or transportation technology will be an added advantage.

L1 Engineer – Customer App

• Provide first-level technical support, monitoring and troubleshooting for the Bharat Taxi Customer App.
• Investigate issues related to login/OTP, registration, cab search and booking, fare calculation, driver allocation, ride tracking, payments, notifications and SOS features.
• Analyse application logs, API responses and database records.
• Use SQL to independently verify reported issues before escalation.
• Identify whether issues originate from the app, backend, APIs, database, payment systems, maps/GPS or third-party integrations.
• Coordinate with the technology partner for L2/L3 issue resolution.
• Monitor application performance and support production releases.
• Track recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.

L1 Engineer – Driver App

• Provide first-level technical support, monitoring and troubleshooting for the Bharat Taxi Driver App.
• Analyse application logs, API responses and database records.
• Troubleshoot issues related to login/OTP, driver registration, rides, allocation, GPS/navigation, fares, payments and notifications.
• Perform SQL/database verification before escalation.
• Coordinate with technology partners for L2/L3 issue resolution.
• Validate fixes and support production releases.
• Maintain incident trackers, escalation records and production-support reports.
