• Applicant should be physically and medically fit; selected candidate must undergo medical examination as per corporation's policy
• Serving Railway, Govt., Central PSU, Port or JV employees must apply through proper channel and submit NOC at the interview
• Serving Railway, Govt., Central PSU, Port or JV employees must send photocopies of last 05 years APARs with the application
• Higher grade pay or pay scale granted under ACP/MACP/NF is not counted for eligibility

Desirable:

• CGM (Projects): preference to full time Degree in Civil Engineering
• CGM (Projects): experience in Railway Track, Metro, Railway, Multistoried Building and Infrastructure Projects
• CGM (Electrical): experience in Railway Electric Traction, General Power Supply, Air Conditioning, Building electrification, Road lighting
• CGM (S&T): S&T equipment installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance of Railway System; proficiency in IT Systems, AI, digital
• CGM (Mechanical): all project phases, rolling stock O&M, tendering, commissioning, testing, Metro/MRTS/Railways/Elevated Roads/Ropeways works

Pay and Terms of Engagement

• On Absorption OR On Deputation for 03 years extendable further as per rules
• Subject to extension of exemption from rule of immediate absorption beyond 01.11.2028 by Ministry/DPE
• Three-month advance notice required before seeking resignation
• Service conditions per Offer of Appointment, HR Policies of IPRCL and its orders from time to time

How Will IPRCL Select Candidates?

• Shortlisting based on eligibility/experience in the relevant field (ratio 1:5 when there are 05 or more eligible candidates per vacancy)
• Personal Interview
• Personal Interview may be held at the Corporate Office of IPRCL, through V.C. or at any other location at IPRCL's discretion
• With 05 or more eligible candidates per vacancy, IPRCL may shortlist in the ratio of 1:5 based on eligibility/experience
• Original documents to be produced and self-attested photocopies submitted at the interview

• Matriculation Certificate (for age proof)
• Certificates and Mark-sheets of the required educational/professional qualifications
• Experience certificates clearly indicating length and field of experience
• Appointment letter of current post with valid Identity card/Current Pay Slip
• Copies of last 5 years APARs/ACRs and latest updated detailed CV
• Photo ID and address proof issued by Central/State Govt.; NOC if working in Railways/Govt./CPSU/Ports/JV

2. Attach the self-attested enclosures listed in Para 20.
3. Superscribe the envelope 'Application for the post of ____'.
4. Send by post / courier or drop personally to Chief General Manager (HR), IPRCL, 4th Floor, Nirman Bhavan, Mumbai Port Trust Building, M.P. Road, Mazgaon (E), Mumbai-400010.
5. Serving Railway/Govt./CPSU/Port/JV employees must apply through proper channel.
6. Submit a separate application for each post when applying for more than one.
7. Make sure it reaches by 4 December 2026.

• No column of the application form should be left blank, otherwise it may be rejected
