Qualification and Experience

• MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Transportation Management / International Business or equivalent PG degree from a recognized Indian University or an accredited foreign University, with a minimum of 55% marks.
• OR M.Com in Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Transportation Management / International Business or equivalent PG degree, from a recognized Indian University or an accredited foreign University, with a minimum of 55% marks.
• For the UG degree, relevance will be assessed by the Selection Committee, whose decision is final.

Age limit: Not exceeding 60 years, as on 04.11.2026. A 2-year relaxation in the upper age limit is given in the case of a deserving candidate.

Pay and Terms

The proposed remuneration is commensurate with qualifications and experience. No amount is printed in the notice.

• Contract period: an initial period of six months, with the possibility of extensions every six months based on necessity and satisfactory performance.
• The period of engagement will be a minimum of six months starting from Jan / February 2027 or as intimated by IMU Kochi Campus.
• The contract engagement can be terminated at one month's notice by either side.

IMU Kochi Recruitment 2026 Job Description

The notice lists the nature of responsibilities as: teaching/instructing BBA and MBA students, providing project guidance, handling examination-related tasks, assisting the placement cell, coordinating management events, mentoring and fulfilling additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department / Campus Director.

Selection Process

The mode of selection is interview. Eligibility alone does not entitle a candidate to an interview call. The University reserves the right to further shortlist eligible candidates based on qualifications, relevant experience and other applicable criteria. Only those who rank highest in the shortlisting process will be called for the interview, and they will be notified of the interview date by email.
