Selection Process

1. The Screening Committee screens all applications as per the Recruitment Rule of the post.
2. Shortlisted candidates are called for interview.

The Institute may restrict the number of candidates called for interview to a reasonable limit. It would do this on the basis of qualification and experience higher than the minimum prescribed, along with other academic achievements. No correspondence will be entertained about the conduct of the interview or the reasons for not being called.

Service Conditions

• All seven posts are on "Contract Basis" for a period of one year.
• Either side can end the contract by giving the other not less than three months notice in writing, or salary in lieu of the notice period.
• The date of joining and other conditions for selected candidates follow the HR policy of the Institute.

Other Conditions

• The vacancy is subject to change at any time, and the Institute may decide whether or not to fill any post. No appeal will be entertained.
• A vacancy may be removed from the website once the post is filled. A post that falls vacant can be added at the discretion of ILBS.
