Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. (ICSIL) is holding a walk-in interview on 31 October 2026 for 3 Room Attendant posts and 1 Supervisor post. The jobs are on a contractual outsourced basis at the Delhi Judicial Academy (DJA), Dwarka. Room Attendant needs only Matriculation and one year of experience, and Supervisor is open to graduates. You can attend only if you have registered online on the ICSIL website and paid the one-time registration fee of Rs. 590/- at least one day before the interview.

Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. (ICSIL) has its office at the Administrative Building, 1st Floor, Above Post Office, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III, New Delhi-110020. It hires staff on a contractual outsourced basis for client departments. Candidates selected under this notice will be deployed at the Delhi Judicial Academy.

ICSIL Room Attendant and Supervisor Vacancy Details 2026

For both posts, you must be ready to work in shifts: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

ICSIL Room Attendant and Supervisor Eligibility 2026

Supervisor (preference): Preference goes to candidates with a graduation in Hotel/Hospitality Management, or with 5 (five) years or more of experience in a supervisory role in the hotel/hospitality industry.

The details you give in the application form must match your Class 10th certificate, PAN Card and Aadhar Card. If you changed your name after Class 10th, bring proof of the change to the interaction and document verification.

Application Fee

Every candidate pays a One Time Registration (OTR) fee of Rs. 590/- on the ICSIL website. The fee is non-refundable. ICSIL asks applicants to pay it one day before the walk-in interview and will not be responsible if a late payment is not received or updated in time.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: ICSIL checks your documents for age, qualification, experience and other criteria.
2. Interaction/interview with the department for the candidates found eligible.

Depending on the post, selection may also include a personal interview, a skill test or a written test. The decision of the interview panel or committee is final and binding. Attending the walk-in does not guarantee selection, and ICSIL does not guarantee that every shortlisted candidate will be deployed.

Service Conditions

• The job is purely contractual/outsourced. It lasts for a fixed period, until the contract ends, or until regular staff join the posts. The contract is valid initially up to 28 December 2026.
• The job does not give any claim to a regular appointment. Selected candidates will be engaged under a specific project or scheme as the department requires, and statutory compliances will apply.
• You can be deployed anywhere in Delhi/NCR and may work in shifts or on a rotational basis. ICSIL pays no extra conveyance.
• Fifteen (15) days' salary is deducted as security: 50% in the first month and 50% in the second. It is refunded with savings bank interest after the client department issues a No Dues certificate and you complete your contractual obligations with ICSIL under the appointment letter.

2. Pay the OTR fee of Rs. 590/- one day before the walk-in interview.
3. Print the proof of fee payment from your "manage profile" page.
4. Go to the Delhi Judicial Academy, Sector-14, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078, on 31 October 2026 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon.

What to bring:

• The printed proof of OTR fee payment (mandatory)
• Original documents for date of birth, qualification and experience. You will not be allowed into the interview without them.
• 1 set of photocopies of all relevant documents
• 2 photographs
• Proof of a name change, if your name differs from your Class 10th certificate

Incomplete applications will be rejected. Your candidature can also be rejected if you canvass in any form, if you provide fake or misleading documents, or for misconduct during the process.
