HCI Job Description
Manager (Purchase)
- Report to the Head of MMD/In-charge MMD, HCI.
- Responsible for ensuring that all required items are sourced and no wastage or stock-out situation arises as per laid out SOPs.
- Ensure that the items reach the user department timely as per the prescribed quality and standard.
- Adhere to the Company Purchase Manual, GFR (General Financial Rules), CVC Guidelines, MSE/Make in India norms and Audit readiness (Internal/Statutory /CAG).
- Experience in procurement of materials, preparation of purchase requisitions, vendor management, comparative statement preparation, negotiation, and purchase order management.
Junior Sous Chef
- Reporting to the Executive Chef.
- Responsible for preparing the dishes as per laid-out SOPs and on a timely basis as per the dayโs schedule and menu.
Commis-I (Indian)
- Reporting to the Sous Chef.
- Responsible for preparing the dishes as per laid-out SOPs and on a timely basis as per the dayโs schedule and menu.
Commis-I (Bakery & Confectionery)
- Reporting to the Sous Chef.
- Responsible for preparing the dishes as per laid-out SOPs and on a timely basis as per the dayโs schedule and menu.
Associate-Engineering (AC & Refrigeration/ Electrician/ Plumber)
- Reporting to HOD -Maintenance.
- Responsible for the upkeep, routine repairs & maintenance as well as ensuring preventive maintenance of all the items installed/ placed in the hotel, including Kitchen Appliances, Air-conditioning, Plumbing, Lighting, etc.

Qualification required: Graduate in Engineering/ Commerce/ Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution; minimum 06 years experience, of which minimum 5 years in Contract/Purchase/Stores/Procurement; practical GeM tendering experience. Experience required: Minimum 06 years in Government/PSU/reputed organization, of which minimum 5 years in Contract/Purchase/Stores/Procurement; practical experience of GeM tendering; experience in procurement, purchase requisitions, vendor management, comparative statements, negotiation and purchase order management. Age limit: Maximum 62 years. Pay: Rs. 65,000.
Junior Sous Chef (1 post)
Qualification required: Graduate with a certification in Food Production and minimum 4 years' experience, OR Minimum 10+2 with a certification in culinary arts and minimum 5 years' experience in food production of a major hotel chain/hotel of repute. Experience required: Minimum 4 years in hospitality industry/flight kitchen/institutional catering/cloud kitchen (graduate route) or minimum 5 years in food production department of a major chain of hotels/hotel of repute (10+2 route); knowledge of Continental, Curry & Tandoor. Age limit: Maximum 50 years. Pay: Rs 47,500.
Commis-I (Indian) (1 post)
Qualification required: Diploma/Graduate with a certification in Food Production and minimum 2 years experience, OR Minimum 10+2 with a certification in culinary arts and minimum 5 years experience. Experience required: Minimum 2 years in hospitality industry/flight kitchen/institutional catering/cloud kitchen, or minimum 5 years (10+2 route) in Food Production department of a major hotel chain/hotel of repute; knowledge of Continental & Indian Curry. Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Fixed Term Employment Contract for 03 (Three) years, extendable by another 02 years based on annual performance
