Other conditions:
Candidates working in Govt./Autonomous/Statutory institutions should preferably bring an NOC, or a copy of 'applied for NOC', at the interview.
No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining.
Retired/Working Professor may apply to vacant post of Associate Professor; salary as per the scale of Professor.
Pay and Terms of Engagement
Monthly pay is paid according to data in the Biometric Attendance System for attendance marked by the person.
Tenure 01 (One) year OR attainment of 70 years of age, whichever is earlier.
Engagement may be terminated from either side with one-month prior notice without assigning reason.
On spot resignation, one month's salary is to be deposited to ESIC Account through Challan.
No claim for PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance/Benefits, Seniority, Promotion etc.
Absence beyond 07 days without permission amounts to voluntary abandonment and automatic termination.
Attendance to be marked manually and on AEBAS daily; monthly pay as per Biometric Attendance System data.
Payment mode: Demand Draft in favor of ESIC HOSPITAL BIHTA SB ACC- 2, payable at Bihta, Patna. SBI Branch Code- 01217.
