What it is

RojgarSetuBot is the program that RojgarSetu uses to read publicly available government job, admit card and result notices so they can be listed on this site. It identifies itself with this user agent:

RojgarSetuBot/1.0 (+https://rojgarsetu.in/bot; respects robots.txt)

How it behaves

  • It reads robots.txt first and skips anything a site disallows for it.
  • It makes one request at a time and waits at least a second or more between requests.
  • It reads only public pages, public RSS feeds and public API endpoints of job-information websites, never anything behind a login.
  • It runs a limited number of times a day and fetches only recent posts.

To stop RojgarSetuBot, add this to your robots.txt:

Disallow: /
